We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products or request refunds for services.

Physical Products
Return Eligibility
Physical products such as planners, organizational tools, and printed materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- The item must not be personalized or customized
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process for Physical Products
To initiate a return for a physical product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- Wait for authorization and return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 in value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Digital Products
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, the following items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded:
- Digital planners and templates
- Downloadable guides and e-books
- Online course materials after access has been granted
- Video workshop recordings after viewing
- Any other digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions and any available previews before purchasing digital products. If you have questions about a digital product, please contact us before making your purchase.
Exceptions for Digital Products
In certain circumstances, we may provide refunds for digital products, including:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased content
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Significant discrepancies between the product description and the actual content
Requests for exceptions must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
Consulting Services
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change, and we want to accommodate your needs while also respecting our consultants' time. The following cancellation policies apply to consulting services:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund
- No-shows without prior notification: No refund
To cancel an appointment, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible. We will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will work with you to find a new appointment time that works for your schedule. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy above.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction with our consulting services is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a consultation session, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer a partial refund or complimentary follow-up session depending on the circumstances.
Workshop and Event Refunds
In-Person Workshops
For in-person workshops and events, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but credit may be applied to a future event
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event of your choice.
Online Workshops
For live online workshops, the cancellation policy is similar to in-person events. However, if recordings are provided after the live session, refunds may not be available once access to recordings has been granted.
Package and Bundle Refunds
For packages or bundles that include multiple products or services, returns and refunds may be handled differently:
- If you return only part of a package, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the individual pricing of items kept
- Packages with both physical and digital components may have different refund eligibility for each component
- Service packages with multiple sessions may be prorated based on sessions used

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, contact us with details about the defect, including photos if applicable. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping a replacement.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items purchased with promotional codes or discounts may have different return eligibility as specified at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
